Privacy and data handling
Cemyge uses information to operate scam awareness, reporting, account access, moderation, safety, and support workflows while limiting unnecessary exposure of private details.
Overview
Public pages are available without signing in. Authenticated workflows use account sessions and role-based access to protect restricted features and review areas.
Information You Submit
Users may submit account details, support requests, scam reports, suspicious indicators, descriptions, evidence, and related context. Public report fields should avoid passwords, financial account numbers, private victim details, and unrelated personal information.
Account and Profile Information
Account information may include identifiers such as name, email address, profile settings, access level, billing or toolbox status, and security preferences needed to operate the service.
Reports and Indicators
Scam reports and indicators may include suspicious URLs, domains, phone numbers, email addresses, handles, IP addresses, descriptions, screenshots, supporting evidence, and moderation status.
Security and Audit Logs
Cemyge may maintain security, audit, session, access, and abuse-prevention logs to protect accounts, investigate platform misuse, support compliance needs, and preserve service integrity.
How Information Is Used
Information may be used to operate accounts, review reports, moderate public indicators, provide support, improve safety, detect abuse, manage toolbox access, and communicate about the service.
Role-Based Access
Restricted information is limited to users, staff, or authorized partners with a role-based need to access it. Internal review is used to support safety and data quality without exposing proprietary methods.
No Sale of Personal Data
Cemyge does not sell personal data. Information is shared responsibly only when needed for service operation, safety, compliance, authorized partnership workflows, or user-requested support.
Retention and Requests
You may request correction or removal of information. Cemyge will review requests, but some records may need to be retained for legal, security, abuse-prevention, audit, billing, or platform integrity reasons.
