These terms summarize expected use of Cemyge public pages, reporting tools, authenticated workspaces, toolboxes, and API access.
Overview
Use Cemyge for lawful scam awareness, reporting, research, moderation, and authorized investigative workflows. You are responsible for using information carefully and verifying it independently.
Acceptable Use
Submit accurate information, respect restricted data, follow account permissions, and use toolboxes or API access only for legitimate safety, research, reporting, or organizational purposes.
Prohibited Misuse
Do not use Cemyge to harass, threaten, dox, defame, retaliate, impersonate others, submit knowingly false reports, expose private information, scrape the service, reverse engineer protected controls, bypass limits, or abuse platform features.
False Reporting
Reports should be submitted in good faith. Cemyge may restrict, suspend, or remove access for false, abusive, retaliatory, misleading, or privacy-invasive submissions.
Moderation Authority
Cemyge may review, stage, edit for safety, reject, archive, remove, or limit visibility of submitted content to protect users, reduce harm, and improve data quality.
Accounts and Access
Cemyge may restrict, suspend, revoke, or modify account access, toolbox access, API access, or partnership access when needed for security, abuse prevention, billing, compliance, or platform integrity.
API and Toolbox Boundaries
Developer and toolbox features must be used within authorized permissions and published limits. Do not automate abusive requests, bypass controls, share credentials, or use access to harm people or organizations.
Reports and Evidence License
When you submit reports, indicators, evidence, or related content, you grant Cemyge permission to receive, store, process, analyze, display, moderate, transform for safety, and use that content to operate the service.
No Professional Guarantee
Cemyge does not provide legal, financial, law enforcement, investigative, or professional advice. Indicators and determinations are risk signals, not guaranteed fraud findings.
Availability and Liability
Cemyge may change, pause, limit, or discontinue features. The service is provided without a guarantee of uninterrupted availability, and liability is limited to the maximum extent allowed by law.
